Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
Our handling time is 1–3 business days, which is the time between your order being placed (before or after the daily cutoff) and when the shipment is prepared and handed off to the carrier.

Transit Time (Delivery):
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered by the carrier within 2–7 business days, depending on destination and shipping option selected (express services often reach the US and UK in this timeframe).

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
Based on handling and transit times, the total estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days for most orders to the United States and United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can track your order directly in our store or in the Shop app by Shopify (https://shop.app/).”

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. If your location is not supported by our logistics provider, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order.

How can I change my shipping address?

Shipping address changes are only allowed before the order is shipped.

Can I deliver to an address different from my billing address?

Yes, this is possible. Please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Cancel / Change Order

If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us your order number or username so that we can locate your order quickly.
Requests must be made within 12 hours after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Will I pay extra customs or tax?

Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by their local jurisdiction, including but not limited to sales tax, VAT, or tariffs.
